Terror Leader arrested in Iraq

Baghdad/Cairo - Iraqi security personnel have captured in west Baghdad the suspected head of a terrorist cell linked to al- Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the country's interior ministry said Tuesday.

'Terrorist Omar Ahmed Saleh, alias Abu Jibril, one of the leaders of al-Tawhid al-Jihad (the former name of the al-Qaeda-linked group), was arrested in his house,' the ministry said in a statement.

Arms including explosives, RPG launchers, ammunition and a bomb- laden vehicle were also seized in the raid, the statement continued.
